The work procedure in serology lab are Rapid Plasma Regain Test(RPR), Treponema Pallidum Haemagglutination Test(TPHA), Anti Nuclear Antibody (ANA), Dengue Duo Ig M and Ig G Rapid Strip, Rheumatoid Factor Agglutination Test, Anti-Streptolysin Agglutination Test(ASOT), Widal and Weil Felix Test(WWF), Seminal Fluid Analysis(SFA), Quick Check hCG-UPT (Urine Pregnancy Test), HIV Antigen & Antibodies Test (BioRad), HBs Antigen Test(BioRad), HBs Antibody Test(BioRad), HCV Antibody Test(BioRad) and HIV PA (Particle Agglutination Test) (BioRad).
The test that I did and observed in Serology Laboratory was UPT test, RF test, ANA test, TPHA test, Dengue Duo Ig M and Ig G Rapid Strip test, Widal and Weil Felix Test, Seminal Fluid Analysis, HIV Antigen & Antibodies Test (BioRad), HBs Antigen Test (BioRad), HBs Antibody Test (BioRad), HCV Antibody Test (BioRad) and HIV PA (Particle Agglutination Test) (BioRad).
